Muslim Welfare Queen Tries to Use Shariah on Judge… Then Gets a BIG Surprise

Here in America there is a growing movement to guard against the use of foreign codes of law, such as Islamic Shariah law, in the U.S. court system, as they are incompatible with the U.S. Constitution.
But it isn’t just American courts that must watch out for aspects of creeping Shariah law, as all of Western societyis under threat from it.
A Muslim woman in Canada just found out that Islam and Shariah are not welcome in some Canadian courts, as she came up against a no-nonsense judge that set her straight about how things in Canada really are.
Rania El-Allou appeared in a Montreal court to try to retrieve her car, which had been seized by the police after her son was caught driving it with a suspended license.
El-Allou, who was wearing her traditional hijab, or headscarf for Muslim women, was immediately informed by Judge Eliana Marengo that her head covering was not suitable for court, and must be removed.
According to American Overlook, after El-Allou initially refused the judge’s order for religious reasons, Marengo informed her that her court was “secular,” and, “There are no religious symbols in this room, not on the walls and not on the persons.”
“The same rules need to be applied to everyone,” the judge explained. “I will therefore not hear you if you are wearing a scarf on your head, just as I would not allow a person to appear before me wearing a hat or sunglasses on his or her head, or any other garment not suitable for a court proceeding.”
El-Allou continued to refuse the judge’s order to remove her hijab and then began to play the victim card, whining that she was on welfare with three children and desperately needed her vehicle back.
Unfortunately for her, the judge wasn’t buying her whining and excuses and ultimately dismissed her from her courtroom.
Of course, El-Allou immediately took her whining to the nearest local news station reporter, saying, “I felt that I’m not Canadian anymore.”
She went on to explain that she was wearing her hijab when she first arrived in Canada and when she was sworn in as a Canadian citizen, but now feels afraid because of what happened in the courtroom.

El-Allou is more than welcome to wear her hijab just about anywhere she wants in Canada, as they are fairly accepting and protective of their Muslim population.
That being said, the Canadian judge was absolutely right about the “secular” nature of her court, and it is entirely her prerogative if she will allow people to wear religious symbols in her courtroom or not.
Ms. El-Allou needs to get over it and accept that the judge made her decision, and it is what it is.  If she really needs her car back as much as she claims, then she should have no problem removing her headscarf for the brief time that she is in Judge Marengo’s courtroom.
