During President Barack Obama's tour on Wednesday, he was greeted at the Israel Museum by famous Israeli cantor and performer Dudu Fischer. He serenaded Barack Obama with the song "Oseh shalom bimromav" ("He will make peace from His heights") and inspired the audience to join him in singing.
Obama was delighted by the gesture and shook hands with Fischer, who is most famously known for his performance as Jean Valjean in Les Miserables on Broadway, and later in London's West End, in 1993-1994.
