ATLAS SHRUGS: MUSLIM ANGER AND OUTRAGE OVER JEWISH HISTORY
Always angry, Always agitating over truth. Always at war.
The Dome of Rock was a delapidated, broken down and decaying old relic up until the early 20th century. It was of no import and it was no longer used as a place of worship. When the calls for a Jewish state were reverberating thourought the world, the genocidal leader of the Muslim world in the 20th century and Hitler's partner, the Mufti of Jerusalem, realized that he had to create a territorial fiction in order to deny the Jewish people their holiest site.
It was the vicious Jew-hater, the Mufti Al Husseini, who undertook the gold plating of the dome and the making of improvements to the Al Aqsa mosque.
This served the purpose of enhancing the importance of Jerusalem in the Islamic world which, up until that point had been an insignificant religious backwater for Muslims. Photos of Jerusalem before this time show a relatively colorless and non-descript dome on top of the Temple Mount. The endless cycle of anger. Muslims outraged over the truth. Truth is the enemy. Light is the enemy. Good is the enemy.
Muslim Anger over Virtual ‘Third Temple’ By Maayana Miskin, INN, July 31, 2013 (thanks to Christian)A website with a simulation of a Third Temple has been met with an angry backlash from the Arab and Muslim world.
Model of 2nd TempleA Jewish website that aims to teach Israelis about the Temple has been met with an angry backlash from the Arab Muslim community. The Har Hakodesh (lit. “The Holy Mountain”) website includes educational material about the historyof the Temple Mount, which was the site of the First Temple and Second Temple. The Temples were the focus of divine service for the Jewish nation.
The site also includes stunning photographs of the Temple Mount, including pictures taken by a non-Jewish photographer from parts of the Mount which Jews may not enter.
What has caused upset in the Muslim world is a representation of the Temple Mount as it would appear with a rebuilt Jewish Temple atop it rather than Al-Aqsa Mosque that currently stands there.
The site has been repeatedly targeted by hackers, and has been the focus of criticism in the Arab media. Sheikh Raed Salah, who heads the hardline northern branch of the Islamic Movement in Israel, has called for an “Islamic awakening” in response to the website.
Arutz Sheva spoke to Boaz Yaakovi, from the Lev Hauma NGO behind the website. “We didn’t do this to provoke or to annoy the Arabs,” Yaakovi insisted.
“We’re presenting history as it was,” he argued.
When asked whether he sees the simulation of the Third Temple as provocative, he said, “If someone wants to get angry, what can I do? Because he’s angry, I should ignore my truth?”
The desire to see a rebuilt Temple is central to traditional Judaism, and the Amidah prayer, which religious Jews recite three times daily, calls for the Temple to be rebuilt.

A retired farmer has spent more than 30 years building an enormous scalemodel of a Biblical temple.
This guy isn't Jewish, but what a labour of love!
Located in Norfolk , Virginia , this retired farmer has this Biblical Temple exhibit in his backyard .. absolutely amazing! He should have been an architect to be able to do something so detailed like this! His work has already attracted many archeologists. Scroll down to the bottom ..... check out the details.
The Temple
A retired farmer has spent more than 30 years building an enormous scalemodel of a Biblical temple.

Alec Garrard, 78, has dedicated a massive 33,000 hours to constructing the ancient Herod's Temple , which measures a whopping 20 foot by 12 foot. The pensioner has hand-baked and painted every clay brick and tile and even sculpted 4,000 tiny human figures to populate the courtyards.
Historical experts believe the model is the best representation in the world of what the Jewish temple actually looked like and it has attracted thousands of visitors from all over the globe. But Mr. Garrard, who started the elaborate project in his 40s, says his masterpiece will not be finished in his lifetime.
"I've always loved making models and as I was getting older I started to think about making one big project which would see me through to the end of my life," he said.
"I have an interest in buildings and religion so I thought maybe I could combine the two and I came up with the idea of doing the Temple .
"I'd seen one or two examples of it in Biblical exhibitions, but I thought they were rubbish and I knew I could do better.
"I have been working on it for decades but it will never be finished as I'm always finding something new to add."
Mr. Garrard, from Norfolk , spent more than three years researching the Temple , which was destroyed by the Romans 2000 years ago and deemed to be one of the most remarkable buildings of ancient times.
He then started to construct the amazing 1:100 scale model, which is now housed in a huge building in his back garden.
"Everything is made by hand. I cut plywood frames for the walls and buildings and all the clay bricks and tiles were baked in the oven then stuck together," he said.
Mr. Garrard sculpted and painted 4,000 figures, measuring just half an inch and all wearing their correct costumes.
Visitors come from all over the world to see the model and Mr. Garrard provides binoculars so they can see all the details.
"I personally know all the top archaeologists from Jerusalem and I've had experts from the British Museum visit," he says.

I've had a lot of offers from people to buy it, but it's not for sale.

The Temple was probably located on the site of what is the Dome of theRock today.
And, finally, here's where the exhibit is housed - In Mr.. Garrard's back yard:

Imagine walking through the ruins of the Beis HaMikdash; a life size replica built in the desert of Morocco
Imagine walking through the ruins of the Beis HaMikdash... see the legendary Rabbi Dovid Juravel mourn its destruction... and pray for unity so that it may be rebuilt speedily in our days.
May next Tisha B'Av be a celebration of our rebirth!
(Footage belongs to Shabbat.com. This is a life size replica built in the desert of Morocco years ago. A team member hunted it down and took this video.)

Who painted this picture of the Third Temple? Where on the Internet can you find this picture?
On the Al Aqsa Heritage Foundation site! Of course it is meant to rile up the readers about supposed Zionist plans to destroy the Al Aqsa mosque and the Dome of the Rock, but it is ironic that you can find pictures like this more often on Arabic sites than Jewish ones.

Sound of Jerusalem Bell from Second Temple Period
This is the tiny golden bell which was lost in Jerusalem some 2,000 years ago during the Second Temple period found among ruins near the Old City. The bell, which is thought to have been an adornment which was sewn onto the garments of a senior official, was uncovered during excavation work on a drainage channel in the City of David, just south of the Old City walls. "It seems the bell was sewn on the garment worn by a high official in Jerusalem at the end of the Second Temple period," an IAA statement said. This a recording of the bell provided by Udi Ragones, Ir David Foundation Spokesman

Arab Media Reports: Jews Planing to Build Third Beis HaMikdash
Jerusalem - A conference of ultra-orthodox Hasidic Jews in West Jerusalem has called for the destruction of Al-Aqsa Mosque and the building of the "third temple" on its ruins. In response, the Aqsa Foundation for Endowment and Heritage warned of an escalation of the attempts by the Israeli occupation authorities and "its arms" - conferences such as this - to promote construction of the "third temple" at the expense of Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Dome of the Rock.
In a press release, the Foundation said that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is behind these calls. The Jewish groups pushing for the temple have urged Netanyahu to fulfil his promise that in the event of his re-election, he would approve and arrange for Jewish prayers to be held in Al-Aqsa.
Ultra-orthodox Hasidim have become more active in recent weeks, targeting Al-Aqsa Mosque, desecrating it and working towards its "Judaization". Reports and pictures from the conference held on 30th December have been published on a number of right-wing and ultra-orthodox websites. The conference, it is claimed, was held especially to address the Temple issue. Its programme included demonstrations of the rituals to be observed in a new temple; the organisers presented the conference as if such rituals would be taking place in situ sooner rather than later. Right-wing Israeli groups have demanded that the Israeli Prime Minister makes the necessary arrangements with the police so that Jews can pray inside Al-Aqsa. Letters dating from 1995 and 2005 have been produced as evidence of Netanyahu’s promise to facilitate such prayers if he became Prime Minister for a second term; he was re-elected in 2009.
Successive Israeli governments have played down claims that Jews are planning to demolish Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Dome of the Rock and replace the historic Islamic sites with a Jewish temple, despite the overwhelming evidence that many organisations within Israel and in the Jewish diaspora have that as their prime aim. Some ultra-orthodox Jews say that it is forbidden for Jews to pray anywhere with Al-Aqsa Sanctuary as they have no idea where the "Holy of Holies" lies; historically, only the High Priest of the temple was allowed to enter that inner sanctum.

Rebuilding the Temple
A Brazilian church has received the permits to build a massive replica of Solomon's Temple in Sao Paulo. It is expected to take 4 years to build, and will cost upwards of $200 million to build!
From the NY Times blog:
This week, as Jews around the world observed the fasting day of Tisha B’av, commemorating the destruction of the First and Second Jewish Temples in ancient Jerusalem, a Brazilian megachurch received planning permission to build a 10,000-seat replica of Solomon’s Temple in the city of São Paulo.Hey - if they can do it, so can we! Or maybe they are practice to be able to consult to help us build ours afterwords...
As Tom Phillips of The Guardian noted, a Brazilian newspaper, Estado de São Paulo, reported that the church will cost an estimated $200 million and should be completed in four years.
According to a post on the blog of Bishop Edir Macedo, the founder of Brazil’s evangelical Universal Church of the Kingdom of God, which is building the replica, the structure will be 180 feet high, making it nearly twice as tall as the Christ the Redeemer statue that towers over Rio de Janeiro. Mr. Macedo also said that stones of the same type used by Solomon had been ordered from Jerusalem to be used in a complex which will also house 36 Bible schools, television and radio studios and a 1,000-space parking lot.
