The Legal Case for Israel
The Legal Case for Israel Video by Professor Eugene Kontorovich
Another great International Lawyer who investigated this subject for over 20 years is Dr. Jaques Gautier who concludes that not only is Israel in accordance with International law but that the International community is in direct violation of it's own Agreements and Charters they have themselves formulated
Another great Attorney who came to the same conclusion is Howard Grief who wrote the book "The Legal Foundation and Borders of Israel under International Law"
The Conclusion is all the same: the Jewish people have been betrayed many times over by the Nations of the world who do not abide by their own agreements that they have themselves formulated while continuing to do so and them being the reason behind many baseless wars where so many innocent live were lost

How The World Sees Us Jews In Judea-Samaria Versus Some Truth
This video about Jewish life in Ariel and its environs from The New York Times is about as "evenhanded" as one can expect from them. Many Jews, especially Ron Nachman and Daniella Weiss are interviewed. There's an Arab who claimed that his family "farmed" on the hills of Ariel, but Arabs didn't farm on distant high hills over thirty years ago. They lived on the slopes and farmed, if at all, in the valleys. We're here in Shiloh, just southeast of Ariel for thirty years already. The Arab agriculture you see now is all new, mostly from the last ten to fifteen years. So anyone who claims that his grandfather and great-grandfather had farmed here for generations is out and out lying.
Just like the fact that a large percentage of the Arabs in the area of Israel, including Judea, Samaria and the Jordan Valley only moved here from other places in the Arab world once the Zionist movement began and made it financially attractive, the market for produce grown here is very recent. People eat differently today. That includes both Israelis and Arabs.
When we first came to Shiloh, the local Arabs didn't have electric refrigeration. Jordan, and prior to that the British Mandate, hadn't brought in modern electricity, water, sewers and telephone lines. Only after Israel's 1967 victory and liberation of the Land did Israel invest in all of these basic services. None of the Arabs ever tell you that! And you won't read it in The New York Times.

30 Lawmakers Submit Resolution Supporting Israel's Right To Annex West Bank
Congressman Joe Walsh (IL-08) urged the Palestinian Authority to drop its bid for unilateral recognition of Palestinian statehood at the United Nations. Palestinian Authority Leader Mahmoud Abbas is scheduled to address the United Nations General Assembly on September 23. Walsh has introduced H.Res. 394 to support Israel’s right to annex Judea and Samaria in the event that the Palestinian Authority continues to push for this vote at the United Nations. It has garnered more than 30 co-sponsors.
“Demanding statehood from the United Nations violates every agreement and peace treaty signed by the Palestinian Authority since the Oslo Accords. The Palestinians must return to the negotiating table and work together with Israel toward peace. Attempts like this to cut Israel out of the picture simply re-confirm the Palestinians’ commitment to annihilating Israel.”
“A U.N. recognized Palestinian state could put Israeli citizens under the control of a Palestinian government that has vowed to expel all Jews from its territory, including Jerusalem. Jerusalem and the neighboring territories of Judea and Samaria are the birthplaces of Judaism and Christianity, and Jews and Christians have the god-given right to live there.”
“I have introduced this resolution to warn the Palestinians of the consequences they face if they continue to demand statehood from the United Nations. If the Palestinians press forward with this effort, it will be viewed as a voluntary withdrawal from the Oslo Accords, and any land given to the Palestinians in that treaty, including Judea and Samaria, will be returned to Israel.”

Give Peace A Chance
This website was created in order to present a short documentary about Israel’s legal rights in the context of the planned unilateral declaration of a Palestinian state at the UN in September.
While this 15 minute documentary speaks for itself, we will also be happy to send you a more substantial written presentation about the same issue, authored by a respected international lawyer. To obtain a copy, click on the icon on the right "Get our Research Document".
Please feel free to pass on this short documentary to friends and colleagues as we believe it is important that historical facts and universal principles of international law are presented and upheld in the international community at this time.
Our simple message to the Israelis as well as the Palestinians is this:
– Give peace a chance by unconditionally returning to the negotiating table to peacefully solve the conflict in the Middle East.
We believe that any lasting peace agreement between the Israelis and the Palestinians need to be based on historical facts and international law and not on unilateral actions.
