Despite its size, however, Facebook is not an entirely public forum on which “anything goes.” Rather, it is a worldwide gathering place where certain forms of speech and certain kinds of images are not allowed. On its community standards page, the site lists a variety of types of speech that are not allowed, including threats of violence, pornography, and spam. Among those prohibited is “hate speech,” about which the policy is as follows: “Hate Speech: Facebook does not permit hate speech, but distinguishes between serious and humorous speech. While we encourage you to challenge ideas, institutions, events, and practices, we do not permit individuals or groups to attack others based on their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability or medical condition.” [Emphasis added.] This has nothing to do with censorship (which is a government activity, and cannot be engaged in by a private individual or organization), but with maintaining a civil space for the exchange of ideas. Granted, that isn’t always the case, but that’s why Facebook makes provision for hate speech to be reported. One can disagree with the policy, but it is clear what sorts of speech are being curtailed. I was recently pointed in the direction of a Facebook page entitled The Untold History, run by a group out of Sweden that calls itself the European Knights Project, a partner of the Institute for Historical Review. On its masthead, it proclaims in all-caps that it is a “HISTORICAL SITE NON-POLITICAL,” but this is a sham. It is, in fact, a Holocaust denial site that not only presents bogus and falsified history, but also traffics in the vilest sort of anti-Semitism. Presented primarily in the form of graphics with messages, Photoshopped pictures, and cartoons, the page offers all of the anti-Semitic greatest hits: Jews control America and want to control the world; the Holocaust never happened; Jews exploit the Holocaust myth for money; the Allies did far worse to the Germans, Japanese, and Japanese-Americans than the Nazis did to the Jews; Hitler was a great guy who was just standing up for Christian civilization; Communism is a Jewish tool; Israel is the source of all evil in the world; 9/11 was a Mossad job; etc. In one graphic, a “quote” fabricated by the American evangelist Texe Marrs is put in the mouth of Menachem Begin: “Our race is the ‘Master Race.’ We are divine gods on this planet. We are as different from the inferior races as they are from insects…. other races are beasts and animals, cattle at best. Our destiny is to rule over the inferior races. The masses will lick our feet and serve us as our slaves.” Once I had examined “The Untold History” for myself, I reported it to Facebook, and expected it to be quickly removed. Instead, I received this response from administrators: “Thank you for taking the time to report something that you feel may violate our Community Standards. Reports like yours are an important part of making Facebook a safe and welcoming environment. We reviewed the page you reported for containing hate speech or symbols and found it doesn’t violate our community standard on hate speech.” Flabbergasted by this response, I began contacting my Facebook friends, and urging them to report “The Untold History” for violating site standards. Dozens have done so, and all have received the same response. For some reason that is impossible to fathom, the administrators of Facebook seem completely incapable of recognizing anti-Semitism when it is staring them in the face, or see how it constitutes a violation of terms of use that ban hate speech. In an effort to put pressure on Facebook to act, I have set up a page called Protest “The Untold History” and Other Anti-Semitic Pages. Oddly enough, this page seems to have a problem with disappearing posts. But you can still “like” it to send a message. I have also contacted the Simon Wiesenthal Center and Anti-Defamation League to look into Facebook’s non-disapproval of hate speech directed at Jews. As the word gets out, hopefully the company will do some serious self-examination, and ask itself why it has such a difficult time seeing what is obvious to all but the most bigoted observer. Elder of Ziyon: Did you know the Jews control Swedish media too?

Radio Islam has an extraordinarily long article in Swedish that seems to list every Jew who ever worked at, or appeared in, any Swedish TV or radio station, or any Jewish-themed TV show to ever air, over several decades, in its zest to prove that the Jews own the media. 

It uses the exact same methods as those used by antisemitic sites in the US and Europe, ferreting out Jews or people with Jewish-sounding names in obsessive detail.

I noticed it because "Iraq4AllNews," an Arabic Danish site indexed by Google News, is translating it as a series of articles, so Arabic speakers can know about the incredible Jewish conspiracy to take over the huge Swedish television and radio market.

A quick glance at Radio Islam itself shows that it is pretty much an Arabic translation of Jewwatch or any of dozens of other virulently antisemitic websites. Here is only a small section of the psychotically obsessed homepage:

How I wish that that moment in Davos never happened. How I wish we hadn’t been fooled by Erdogan’s “heroic” deed when he insulted Shimon Peres, threw his papers away and left the podium at the convention. Because we Arabs are hungry for honor, we applauded the man and granted him the Arab citizenship in our hearts which are thirsty for glory. Between one tragedy and another one, let us return to that little booklet, full of poison, which disappeared from the Arab markets, “The Protocols of the Elders of Zion”. Despite all that has been said about it and the attempts to cast doubt about its authenticity, what has been going on in the world, specifically in our Arab homeland and its surroundings, seems like an implementation of what’s in the Protocols to the letter.

Basically the Jews see themselves as “God’s Chosen People”, and the other peoples are nothing but nations divided into groups and classes, that should be exploited to serve the Chosen People.

More specifically, exploiting some goys to serve the Jews, after influencing them through methods which have been known to the Jews - and known about the Jews - for 3,000 years. The methods consist of money, media and women. They are the first ones who invented the stock exchange in the global economy, the first ones to create the cinema and to establish media companies. As for women – they reproduced the personality of Salome, who tempted the Emperor so that he brought her the head of Prophet Yahya – St. John the Baptist – on a silver plate [St. John the Baptist is holy for Muslims as well, under the name “Yahya”].

There is much contemporary evidence. Those who want details should read what was written about them in the global literature. Perhaps “Shylock” by Shakespeare is the best example of usury in history. Although Shylock is a Shakespearean character, but the most famous English poet didn’t invent the idea of usury – it is a Jewish custom. European society suffered at their hands for ages. It was through money that they tempted Balfour to grant them a national homeland in Palestine.

Modern times witness advanced implementations of the Protocols. Raisa, Gorbachev’s wife, the Gorbachev who destroyed half the world and handed it to the other half in order to upset the global balance, and the wife of an Arab president who was murdered on the podium of a military ceremony [Sadat, presumably], and what is said about many influential women in the world now is that they are Jewish or gentiles who were exploited in the service of the Zionist enterprise. And let’s not forget the anti-semitism which is attached to anyone who is bold enough to question the “God’s Chosen People” ideal!

We see in our times people also entangled in the same service [i.e. in the service of Zionism]. Recep Tayep Erdogan is an example. They [i.e. the Jews] gave him a role which is way too big for his size, in order to exploit him afterwards in the role he is supposed to play in the scheme to sow civil strife, the scheme that is being carried out right now in the Arab homeland. Otherwise how is it possible that Ataturk's republic is over and the military's rule, which lasted 70 years is finished just like that, in a moment, through the so-called democracy? And how could the Islamists of Turkey, after all these years, turn from reticent oppositionists to rulers who don't shy away from marketing ideas, which they know full well that are not suitable for Turkish society?

Erdogan already played a dubious role in the beginning of his rule, when he mediated between Syria and America. We said that the man is honest in standing by a geographical neighbor and brother in religion and history. But in no time he turned his back on history, religion and geography and put Turkey in one basket with Israel and America, naturally under the banner of democracy, of which we have actually not seen anything but the fragmentation of the Arab countries along sectarian, class and political lines.

Today Erdogan is falling into the same pit that he dug for Syria . There you have Turkey on its way towards a rift, which will turn into a tool of destruction, so the Turks are going to yearn for the days of the military [rule].

If you think that Abu Daoud is some crackpot writing for a fringe newspaper, his CV lists that besides this newspaper column ("Constitution") he has been the managing editor of the Khaleej Times, assistant managing editor of Basma magazine in Jordan, editorial director of the Journal magazine (Saudi Arabia,), and author of several books. 

Oh, and the antisemite is a Palestinian Arab, born in Nablus but educated in Damascus.

Egyptian actress and host discuss how Jews control America

Following are excerpts from an interview with Egyptian actress Lubna Abd Al-Aziz, which aired on Tahrir TV on March 15, 2013.

Lubna Abd Al-Aziz: The first time I went to America was as a student. Back then, the Jews suffered great oppression there.

Interviewer: Although today the Jews have complete control.

Lubna Abd Al-Aziz: They were not allowed to live in certain places, to enter certain clubs, or to work in certain jobs. They were not allowed into hotels. These days, when I go to America…

Interviewer: It is run by the Jews.

Lubna Abd Al-Aziz: Look what patience they had. For 50-60 years, following WWII, they endured it all, and they slowly worked, built, and made purchases, and they spread throughout the country until they just about own it.

Today, the Congress, the Senate, and every administration, whether Republican or Democrat, must stand to attention for them. If they are not happy with someone – that's it, he's gone.

Interviewer: The entire economy is Jewish.

Lubna Abd Al-Aziz: Both the economy and the media. It is Hollywood in the west and the economy and commerce in the east. All the big department stores are Jewish.

Lubna Abd Al-Aziz: They have got the country in their grip. It is said that every three or four Americans work for a Jew. They have taken control over the largest country in the world, after the terrible defeat they suffered in WWII, and everything that was done to them by Germany.

NPR Muslim Brotherhood Investigation; Covert Video: Departing NPR Exec Laments Jewish Control of Newspapers

An undercover video of a departing National Public Radio fundraising executive shows him nodding in agreement as men posing as representatives of a Muslim Brotherhood front group rip Jewish control of the media.

Eventually, the President of the NPR Foundation and VP for development, Ron Schiller chimes in, saying that Zionist influence doesn't exist at NPR, but "it's there in those who own newspapers obviously."

The video also shows Schiller ripping Tea Parties, evangelical Christians, and Americans in general for being stupid. He also says NPR would be better off in the long run without federal funding.

The video was put together by James O'Keefe of the ACORN sting fame. It was announced yesterday that Schiller was leaving NPR for the Aspen Institute.

It's pretty disheartening how socially acceptable anti-Semitism has become among intellectuals as long as it's cloaked as criticism of Israel. This is something that Jewish conservatives have warned about for a long time, but our warnings are dismissed as an effort to silence legitimate criticism.

Imagine if some white Southerners saying they were representatives of the KKK started complaining about black influence -- would NPR execs even meet with them, let alone nod and smile and say, "Well, the black influence is more prevalent elsewhere"?

Assange Blames 'Jewish' Journalists for Negative Press

LONDON -- WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange claimed that he is the victim of a conspiracy led by "Jewish" journalists intent on smearing his organization, according to a report in the British magazine Private Eye.

Assange called the publication's account "completely false."

Assange is reported to have phoned the magazine's editor, Ian Hislop, on Feb. 16 to complain about an earlier article on WikiLeaks associate Israel Shamir. The article questioned why Assange and his anti-secrecy organization were working with the Russian journalist, who has published a string of anti-Semitic pieces and is a known Holocaust denier.

"He said that I and Private Eye should be ashamed of ourselves for joining in the international conspiracy to smear WikiLeaks," Hislop writes in the current edition of Private Eye. "The piece was an obvious attempt to deprive him and his organization of Jewish support and donations, [Assange] said angrily, and he knew perfectly well who had written it. He then named a [journalist] who had nothing to do with it."

A British magazine editor says Julian Assange, above, claimed he is the victim of a conspiracy led by "Jewish" journalists. The WikiLeaks founder is denying the magazine's report.

Assange, according to Hislop, added that the conspiracy was being led by the British daily The Guardian -- one of the international news organizations allowed access to WikiLeaks' trove of Iraq and Afghan war documents, as well as its stash of U.S. embassy cables, before their release on the Internet.

This anti-Assange conspiracy, Hislop writes, included Guardian "journalist David Leigh, [Guardian] editor Alan Rusbridger and [freedom of expression activist] John Kampfner from Index on Censorship." According to Hislop, Assange said all three "are Jewish."

Hislop reports that he pointed out that Rusbridger was "not actually Jewish, but Assange insisted that he was 'sort of Jewish' because he was related to David Leigh (they are brothers-in-law)." The WikiLeaks founder then apparently conceded the flaws in his thinking and said, "Forget the Jewish thing."

He did, however, continue to claim that there was a conspiracy based on the friendship of Rusbridger, Leigh and Kampfner, according to Hislop.

Assange has been a fierce critic of The Guardian since December, when the newspaper published leaked police papers detailing allegations of sexual assault brought against him by two Swedish women. A London court ruled last week that Assange, who has denied any wrongdoing, must be extradited to Sweden to face questioning on those accusations.

Assange has rejected the Private Eye editor's account of the phone conversation.

"Hislop has distorted, invented or misremembered almost every significant claim and phrase," he said in a statement. "In particular, 'Jewish conspiracy' is completely false, in spirit and in word. It is serious and upsetting."

The statement added that WikiLeaks treasured its "strong Jewish support and staff, just as we treasure the support from Pan-Arab democracy activists and others who share our hope for a just world."

In a separate press release, WikiLeaks denied any formal links with Israel Shamir, saying he "has never worked or volunteered for WikiLeaks, in any manner, whatsoever. He has never written for WikiLeaks or any associated organization, under any name, and we have no plan that he do so."

The anti-secrecy site added that Shamir was merely one of "hundreds of journalists" who had looked through the cables and used them for his own reporting.

However, British journalist James Ball, who worked with WikiLeaks in the run-up to the release of the U.S. embassy cables, posted a message Wednesday on Twitter alleging that WikiLeaks' statement on Shamir was "categorically untrue." In separate messages, Ball said that Shamir "invoiced [WikiLeaks] for payment after being told he could," was granted "authorized access to thousands of cables" and had "close contact" with Assange.

This isn't the first time that the WikiLeaks boss has suggested he is the target of an international conspiracy. After he was accused of sexually assaulting the two women in Stockholm last summer, Assange told-Al Jazeera that the allegations were part of a "smear campaign ... the only question is who was involved."

Some of WikiLeaks opponents have claimed that the organization itself is part of a global conspiracy. The Anti-Defamation League recently stated that following the publication of the U.S. embassy papers in November, anti-Semitic outlets claimed that WikiLeaks was in fact an Israeli front organization. They alleged that the diplomatic cables showed America, Iran and Arab nations in a poor light, while damaging cables about Israel were supposedly hushed up. In fact, dozens of documents from the U.S. embassies in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem have been published by WikiLeaks.
