MATISYAHU - Elijah's Song
The song recorded in the ICU is titled 'Elijah's Song' and thanks to his super star friend, the boy's song is now being heard all over the country.
Matisyahu: "Whenever I sing that song, I feel I'm with him. I feel our spirits are intertwined."
Wendy: "The biggest legacy a parent could have for her child, I think, the words that he wrote, 'never give up, never quit.' I think that's the lesson for all of us."
Elijah may be gone, but his message of hope is very much alive.
An organization called Kids of Courage, which helps improve the lives of kids with serious medical conditions helped make Elijah's dream come true to record the song with Matisyahu.
The money from the song goes to help his family and to help other children facing diseases.
