BCC & Brian Panish of Panish Shea & Boyle: Brian has obtained more than 100 verdicts and settlements in excess of $1,000,000, including 10 jury verdicts in excess of $10,000,000, and one for $4,907,662,321, the largest personal injury and product liability verdict in history. I waited all year to attend Brian's seminars at the convention which were all outstanding. He's got a HUGE stage presence and you can see a jury responding to him.
BCC with Michael Alder of the Alder Law Firm. Mike won dozens of jury trials and has negotiated scores of top dollar settlements on behalf of his clients over his 15 year career. In a 12 month span from 2008 and 2009, Mr. Alder received 5 verdicts and settled 9 cases for amounts in excess of $1 million. Mike's presentation on closing arguments stole the show at the convention. Mike is without doubt THE most charming and warm trial attorney I have ever met. He is a unique blend of competence and real humility. When you read about his huge jury verdicts, it takes your breath away to realize how young he is to have accomplished so much.

He was also involved in the Ford/Firestone tire tread litigation. Bruce is a spell-binding speaker who knows how to use the "pause" for maximum effect. I was SO impressed by his presentation. He's articulate and very interesting to listen to.
BCC and Geoffrey Wells of Greene, Broillet & Wheeler: Geoff won more than 100 multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements in complex legal actions. Geoff is a brother. I've called him for procedural advice in the past and he was 'on the money' with it. Geoff is one of the most charming trial attorneys you'll ever meet with an engaging speaking ability. A great combination of flair, brilliance and a great sense of humor.
BCC & Browne Greene of Greene, Broillet & Wheeler: Browne has tried and won more million-dollar jury verdicts in the history of California. Browne floored me with his presentation. I've told over his ideas about trial work (ie., plagiarized them) and implemented them, and he deserves a huge thank you from me. He's an inspiration to any trial attorney.
BCC & Jack Denove of Cheong, Denove, Rowell & Bennett: Jack has tried more than 100 civil cases before a jury. Jack has that aggressive tenacious fire in him, contained within a professional and courteous demeanor. Watching him do voir dire was great.
BCC & David Ring of Taylor & Ring: David David Ring is recognized as one of Southern California's top lawyers in plaintiffs' personal injury litigation. He has obtained many multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements on behalf of seriously-injured individuals or families who lost a loved one in a tragic accident. David is one of those special attorneys you meet once in a lifetime. He personifies hard work, success, elegance, and charm. Listen to him and you won't hesitate to refer cases to him and associate him in a case. He's dynamic.
BCC with Bruce Brusavitch of Agnew Brusavitch. Bruce was named Trial Lawyer of the Year by the Los Angeles Trial Lawyers Association (LATLA) in 1992 because of his outstanding work representing injured clients. I indirectly owe Bruce a huge debt of gratitude. I attended his webinar on Minor's Compromises and followed his instructions to the "T" and got it granted. His presentation on brain injury blew my mind. I think he's a genius.
