This is in Israel . The Arab finds out he was on camera crossing a solid white line. He then grab a metal rod in order to severely attack the Jewish man. When he finds out he has a gun he runs like a little cXXX. This is the face of most Israeli Arab citizens. They do not obey law and they are extremely violent.
