Neturei Karta's Moshe Aryeh Friedman Rejected In Antwerp

 I was proud to read the following on Bechadrei:

Moshe Aryeh Friedman is a leader of Neturei Karta from Vienna, Austria. He famously led a group of his peers to visit Iran and its president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and to partake in a conference there about the Holocaust (that they say never happened).

Since then Friedman has suffered personally due to his idiotic beliefs and actions. He had to leave Austria. Half a year ago he made his way to Antwerp, but has found no respite there. The community has banned him, they don't allow him into any shul and despite having registered his children with every school in town, they have all refused to accept them.

The latest report is due to Friedman having tried to force their hand. He showed up at a school and tried to push his way in to get them in to learn, but the guard prevented his entry. In response, Friedman called the police and claimed he had been hit, and his kids shoved. Security forces arrived and saw no evidence of any damage or beating having taken place.

I feel bad for the kids, who themselves have done nothing wrong and are suffering because of their father. Despite that, it is nice to see the community stand strong and forcefully against him and reject him because of his involvement with Iran (and perhaps more directly because of his participation in that conference).

I don't know why he wants to send his kids to any of those schools anyway - they obviously teach things that he himself would call heresy. Perhaps he should send his kids to the schools in Iran.
