One Israel Fund: Safeguarding Jewish Lives in Judea, Samaria President of One Israel Fund tells Arutz Sheva that organization raises money "to safeguard the lives of Jews living in Judea, Samaria."

The One Israel Fund hosted its nineteenth annual dinner, dubbed “Our Eternal Bond with Israel,” on Monday night, April 22, in New York City.
Speaking to Arutz Sheva, Steven Orlow, the president of the organization, said that since its founding nineteen years ago, the organization has had “one purpose” and that purpose, he said, is “to do everything we can to improve and safeguard the lives of the Jews living today in Yehuda and Shomron (Judea and Samaria).”
The One Israel Fund raises money “to try to meet the needs” of the Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria so that “their lives can not only be more livable and more pleasant but safer, so we can avoid the creation of victims of terrorism,” he told Arutz Sheva.
Helen Freedman of Americans For A Safe Israel organization also participated in the event, speaking of her activities on behalf of the Jewish homeland.
According to its website, the One Israel Fund “fills the gaps in medical, social, recreational and preventive security services which are conspicuously lacking in Judea and Samaria.  Our goal is to undertake ongoing fundraising campaigns to help ensure the physical, emotional and moral well-being of the Jewish families living in each and every community in these areas.”
“One Israel Fund has invested nearly $30 million dollars to date for these projects, including surveillance camera and emergency lighting systems, communication gear, medical equipment, bulletproof ambulances, vans and vests and EMT facilities that spell the difference between life and death in scores of communities,” according to its website.
