Hatemonger Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on Wednesday said he has created a panel to prove the U.S. government was behind the 9/11 attacks.
"I announce that the formation of an independent and neutral team to examine the facts and discover the truth of the Sept. 11 events is the demand of all the peoples of the region and the world," the Iranian president said during a visit to Lebanon, the London Telegraph newspaper reported.
Later, he appeared at a Hezbollah rally in a Beirut suburb, where he was welcomed by thousands of supporters chanting "Death to America" and "Death to Israel."
