James H. Turken was the trial attorney who handled the plaintiff’s lawsuit against the Shangri-La Hotel in Santa Monica on behalf of individual members of The Friends of the IDF.  He won a verdict in excess of $1.6 million, including punitive damages against the hotel’s owner.
